1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve files, conduct official checks, or submit documents for visitors.

Its purpose is to identify custodians of Walworth County records, including the Sheriff's Office, circuit courts, Wisconsin Department of Justice Crime Information Bureau, and Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry, and to link to tools that may assist lawful research. Government access is governed by Wisconsin Public Records Law, Wis. Stat. §§ 19.31-19.39, and CIB criminal-history dissemination by Wis. Stat. § 165.83; those laws do not make this private site a government custodian.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools on these pages
• Harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten another person with information found here
• Interfere with site operation or another visitor's access
• Use the site in violation of federal, Wisconsin, or local law
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Rely on site content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information reached here or through a linked tool must not be used to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate. Such conduct is prohibited and can be criminal. Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry information exists for safety awareness. It does not authorize vigilantism, blacklisting, trespass, or retaliation against a listed person or household.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer, credit, or background reports. Advertising partners are not presented as services for FCRA screening. You agree not to use this site or a linked tool to:

• Assess a rental or housing applicant
• Make an employment decision
• Decide eligibility for a government benefit, license, or permit
• Carry out any other purpose governed by the FCRA

A regulated background check must come through an authorized, FCRA-compliant provider or the appropriate official process of the Wisconsin Department of Justice Crime Information Bureau.
